Welcome to Grandstand Stables

Jim and Tom Best's ambition has always been to have a racehorse training establishment of their own. They acquired Grandstand Stables in Lewes, East Sussex in 2005. During the spring of 2006 Jim and Tom excelled as racing trainers, achieving an excellent strike rate: six winners, six second places and four third places from a small number of horses, the best strike rate in East Sussex. 2006/2007 was their first full season - and they shot into the top five of all trainers in the U.K. The 2007/08, 2008/09 and 2009/10 seasons were equally successful, and we are all really looking forward to the current season!

To enter the winners' enclosure with your triumphant horse and jockey is an unbelievable experience - one of those moments that you treasure forever. You have the opportunity to experience the thrill of ownership, either as a share owner or a single owner.
